Thank you for choosing Four Star. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials to ensure you get the restful sleep you deserve. Below are the details of your product warranty coverage.
Warranty Duration
Four Star Mattress is covered by a up-to-15-year pro-rated warranty against defects in workmanship and/or materials.
Coverage & Service Terms
If a defect occurs during the non-prorated period after purchase, Four Star will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.
- Substitutions: If identical materials are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with comparable quality.
- Transportation: The customer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with service.
- Validation: You must provide Proof of Purchase and ensure Model Labels are intact.
Warranty Exclusions
Four Star mattress warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to:

| Physical Specs | Body impressions or sagging of 1.5″ (38mm) or less; size variances within a ±2cm tolerance. |
| Personal Comfort | Bed height, sheet fit, comfort preference, or physical ailments (back pain, stiffness, soreness). |
| Handling & Care | Bending the mattress, jumping, excessive sitting on the edges, or failing to follow maintenance instructions. |
| Aesthetics | Wear and tear, including fabric pilling, loosening of threads, or slight compression of quilting layers over time. |
| Structural Support | Use of an improper or damaged bed frame/foundation. |
| Sales Terms | Products sold “as-is”, floor/display models, or items sold without a warranty agreement. |
Note: Please ensure your mattress is supported by a firm, flat foundation to maintain internal components and validate your warranty.
Proof of Purchase: Please retain your proof of purchase with date, place of purchase and purchase price to obtain service under this warranty. Model name label and production label must be available to identify the bedding and validate this warranty. In the unlikely event of a warranty service being required, Four Star will repair or replace without any charge to the original purchaser. Four Star reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality when necessary. Transportation charge will be responsible by the original purchaser.
