What mattress sizes are available?

Four Star mattresses come in standard Singapore sizes. The dimensions for our standard range are as follows: King 183 cm x 190 cm, Queen 152 cm x 190 cm, Super Single 107 cm x 190 cm, Single 92 cm x 190 cm

Can I order a custom-sized mattress?

Yes, we provide customization services to fit your specific requirements. To ensure the perfect fit, we invite you to visit any of our Four Star showrooms. Our sleep experts will guide you through the measurement process and provide a personalized quote. Note: Custom-sized (Made-to-Order) items typically require a 6-week lead time for production.

Do I need to flip or rotate my mattress?

To maximize the performance, comfort, and durability of your Four Star mattress, we recommend rotating it 180 degrees every 3 to 6 months. This ensures even wear across the surface. Note: Most Four Star mattresses are designed with a "Single-Sided" construction, meaning they do not require flipping—only horizontal rotation.

Can I trade-in my mattress?

Due to strict hygiene and health safety standards, we do not accept trade-ins for mattresses or bedding accessories. We are committed to ensuring that every customer receives a brand-new, sanitary product.

Does Four Star provide disposal services?

Yes, we offer disposal services to make your transition to new furniture seamless. Please note the following: Four Star Mattresses 1-for-1 complimentary disposal for every mattress purchased. Each additional mattress is chargeable at S$60. Four Star Furniture Disposal fees apply and are calculated based on the size and type of the furniture. Need to change your delivery?

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been processed and confirmed, it is considered final and is non-refundable. We encourage all customers to double-check their item specifications, dimensions, and delivery details before completing their purchase. How long will my order to be delivered?

For online order: You can choose your delivery date at the checkout page, the earliest delivery date will be: Mattresses: 1 Week Furniture: 2 Weeks Made to order (MTO) item: 6 Weeks For In-store order: You can let our sales personnel know your preferred delivery date and time. our sales personnel will advise based on availability slot. Is there a staircase charges?

Yes. Staircase charges apply if the bulky items do not fit the elevator at the point of delivery. Our delivery team will carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. For Four Star Mattress & Bed Frame: 1st to 3rd storey Free of charge 4th storey onwards From $10 per storey for each bulky item (all subjected to the size of items) For Four Star Furniture: 1st storey onwards From $20 per storey for each bulky item (all subjected to the size of items)

What are Four Star delivery hours?

Our delivery timings are as follows: Monday to Saturday 9am to 1pm, 2pm to 6pm Sundays and public holidays Closed

Can Four Star hold my order delivery until my house is ready?

Yes, we can hold your order until you are ready. To arrange a delivery date, please contact us at least 7 working days in advance. For Made-to-Order (MTO) items, we require 6 working weeks' notice to ensure our factory can fulfill your request on time. What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a defective product?

To ensure your complete satisfaction, please inspect all items thoroughly at the time of delivery. - Immediate Action: If you notice any defects or receive the wrong item, please notify our delivery team immediately. They will assist with the necessary documentation and arrangements. - Policy Note: Please be aware that once the delivery team has left and the acknowledgment has been signed, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for defects or incorrect items found later.

Does my purchase come with a warranty?

Yes, Four Star offers extensive warranties to ensure the longevity of your investment: Mattresses: Up to 15 years warranty (varies by model). Furniture: Up to 5 years warranty (varies by product type). The specific warranty period for your item will be stated on your product warranty card or invoice. Our warranty generally covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
