    • Order Acceptance: Four Star reserves the right to honor or dishonor any purchase made. In the event a purchase is dishonored, any credits or payments collected will be refunded 100% to the customer.

    • Refund Processing: We reserve the right to withhold refunds where applicable by law. Please ensure all refund details provided are accurate; incomplete or incorrect entries will be refunded back to the original payment method.

    • Payment Apportionment: If a refund is requested for a purchase made using a mix of store credit and another payment method, the refund will be apportioned accordingly.

    • Vouchers: Voucher codes are for one-time use, cannot be re-issued, and are non-refundable. If an item purchased with a voucher is returned, only the final amount paid (after the discount) is eligible for a refund.
