    Terms and Conditions: Special Gift & Lucky Draw Campaign

    1. Introduction

    This “Special Gift & Lucky Draw” Campaign (the “Campaign”) is organised by FOUR STAR Mattress & Furniture (the “Organiser”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    2. Campaign Period

    • The Free Gift portion of the Campaign runs from 23 April 2025 to 27 April 2025, inclusive.
    • The Lucky Draw portion of the Campaign is held on 27 April 2025.

    3. Eligibility

    • The Campaign is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above.
    • Employees of the Organiser, their immediate family members, and anyone directly connected with the administration of the Campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. They may, however, be eligible for the Free Gift if they meet the conditions.

    4. Special Gift Mechanics (23 – 27 April)

    • To receive a FREE Four Star neck pillow (the “Special Gift”), participants must follow either the Organiser’s official Facebook or Instagram profile https://www.facebook.com/SGFourStar or https://www.instagram.com/fourstarmattress within the Campaign Period (23 – 27 April 2025).
    • The Special Gift is available while stocks last.
    • Each eligible participant is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Special Gift, regardless of whether they follow both platforms.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to verify that participants are genuinely following the specified social media profiles.
    • Collection details for the Special Gift will be at FOUR STAR Headquarters located at 44 Kallang Place, Level 1, Singapore 339172. Participants must collect the Special Gift by the day of participation from 23 April 2025 to 27 April 2025, inclusive. Unclaimed gifts after this date may be forfeited.
    • The Special Gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

    5. Lucky Draw Mechanics (27 April)

    • To participate in the Lucky Draw, participants must make a minimum spend of S$570.00 in a single transaction at FOUR STAR Headquarters located at 44 Kallang Place, Level 1, Singapore 339172 on 27 April 2025.
    • Each eligible transaction meeting the minimum spend requirement on 27 April 2025 will automatically qualify as one (1) entry into the Lucky Draw.
    • Multiple entries are permitted for multiple eligible transactions made on 27 April 2025.
    • Participants must retain their original proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) for verification purposes.

    6. Lucky Draw Prizes

    The following prizes will be awarded in the Lucky Draw:

    • Coliwoo 3D2N staycation x 1 (worth S$480)
    • Coliwoo 2D1N staycation x 4 (worth S$240 each)
    • Philips airfryer x 1 (worth S$119)
    • Philips induction cooker x 5 (worth S$179 each)
    • American Tourister luggage x 5 (worth S$220 each)

    7. Lucky Draw Winner Selection and Notification

    • The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 30 April 2025 at 3pm at Organiser’s office via a random electronic draw.
    • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
    • Winners will be announced on FOUR STAR official Facebook or Instagram. 
    • Winners will be also notified within seven (7) working days of the draw via phone call.
    • The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.
    • Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and the original proof of purchase to claim their prize.

    8. Prize Collection

    • Details on prize collection will be provided to the winners upon notification.
    • Winners must collect their prizes by 1 June 2025. Unclaimed prizes after this date may be forfeited.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of similar value at its discretion.

    9. Publicity

    By participating, participants agree that the Organiser may use their names, likenesses, and prize information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

    10. Data Protection

    • By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the Organiser collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Campaign, including winner notification and prize presentation, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
    • The Organiser will take reasonable steps to protect the personal data collected from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.

    11. General Terms

    • The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and conclusive, and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
    • The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury however caused arising from participation in the Campaign or the acceptance or use of any prize.
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
    • Participation in the Campaign is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
